Using the dropdown menu below, purchase your tickets for the 63rd NSMA Awards Weekend & National Convention, honoring Hall of Fame inductees (Lee Corso, Dan Kelly, Roger Angell, Bill Plaschke), 2022 National Sportscaster (Ian Eagle) and Sportswriters (Pete Thamel, Ken Rosenthal) of the Year, 2022 State Sportscasters and Sportswriters of the Year from 49 states plus DC; as well as the Roone Arledge Award for Innovation, Woody Durham Voice of College Sports Award (Rich Chvotkin), the Jim Nantz College Sportscaster of the Year, the 2022 Young Reporter of the Year, 2022 Sideline Reporter of the Year, 2022 Best Sports Book, 2022 Best Sports Documentary, and the 2022-23 Big House Gaines College Basketball Coaches of the Year for Division One and Division Two.

Saturday June 24th
Noon - Registration begins - Winston-Salem Marriott lobby (425 N. Cherry St.)
3:30 - 5:30 pm – Welcome Reception for award winners, presenters, their guests, local hosts, and other attendees. Hearn Ballroom Foyer, Winston-Salem Marriott, 425 N. Cherry St , 2nd Floor (Dress is Business casual)
6:30 - 9:00 pm -- Welcome Dinner, followed by Sports Trivia Contest, Hearn Ballroom
Sunday, June 25th
9:00 am -1:00 pm – Sports Media Convergence Summit I (seminars, panels, and critiques, targeted at young sports media professionals and students). Schedule Here.
*- This admission is separate from the other Awards Weekend events and must be purchased separately. Hearn Ballroom
2:00 - 5:00 pm – Sports Book Festival at Bookmarks, 634 West 4th St - #110. This is free and open to the public. Scheduled authors: TBD
6:30 - 9:00 pm - Legacy Night -- the presentation of
the Roone Arledge Award for Innovation, Best Sports Book, Best Sports Documentary, Best Young Reporter, Best Sideline Reporter. Gallery at the Benton (Dress

or cocktail attire for women).
