Meet Our Interns - Summer 2021
Joe Chambers just received his MBA from Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, MD, where he also earned his undergraduate degree. A sports enthusiast, he has held jobs with New Balance and TPC Potomac to earn money while in college.
Mike Collins is in his last year at Forsyth Technical Community College in Winston-Salem, NC, where he is studying Broadcasting Production. Mike volunteered during the NSMA's Awards Weekends in 2018 and 2019.
Taylor Ann Hartley is a rising sophomore at High Point University (NC). In addition to her NSMA internship, Taylor Ann serves her school as a University Ambassador, representing HPU during all on-campus admissions events, and providing tours for prospective students and their families, donors, and high school counselors.
Bry Richards is a rising sophomore at Wake Forest University. Bry is a member of the National Society of Leadership & Success; writes articles for the Wake Forest student newspaper, Old Gold and Black; Secretary of the Wake Forest Circle K International Association; Project Day Director of Project Launch at Wake Forest University; Member of Dash Corps, Wake Forest University; and a Tutor in the Wake Forest Tutoring Program (a tutoring program for elementary students in Winston Salem).
Jake Stuart is also a rising sophomore at Wake Forest University. The Aurora, CO resident is currently pursuing a major in Business Enterprise Management and a double minor in Journalism and Communication with a concentration in Sports Marketing. This summer, he is a digital intern at Power Move Marketing and Development intern for Wake Forest Athletics. While at Wake Forest, he is a Sports Communications and Fan Experience Intern and a member of the Athletic Student Leadership Council. He is the Assistant Editor for the Sports section of the Old Gold and Black newspaper and the baseball beat writer. He is also the Real Estate Sector Head of the Dow Jones Club and on the executive team for the Wake For Warriors veterans club at Wake Forest.
