Job Summary/Description:
The perfect individual will be able to write, edit and shoot engaging, informative and compelling news and sports content; develop and execute enterprise stories on a regular basis; consistently contribute to news and sports content on the stations social media and digital platforms; maintain an unequivocal commitment to accuracy, fairness and ethics; meet daily production deadlines; and other duties as assigned.
Duties and responsibilities are included but not limited to:
* Reporting
* Editing
* Web and Social Media - participation and contribution to several platforms
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Strong on-air delivery and ability to shoot good video
* Sharp social media, communication and people skills
* Good news judgment with ability to make quick and accurate decisions
* Ability to work under deadline pressure
* Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record
