"OH NO...NOT ANOTHER BLOG!!" - Bob Cairns

There are over 600 million blogs in the world and more than 32 million bloggers in the United States alone! But, couldn't we scooch over and make room for one more "experienced" writer? Well, Bob Cairns seems to think so and he has launched a new social media campaign and website https://bobsohnoblog.com/ to connect with you!!

Bob Cairns is an author of fiction and nonfiction published by St Martin’s, Sports Illustrated, TV Guide and many other national magazines. He also served as a speech writer for NC State University’s chancellor. And, like so many before and like him, he has hilariously and seamlessly drifted over into the BLOGESPHERE. “Bob’s Oh No…Not Another Blog” is an entertaining, bloggish journey through daily life covering a wild array of subjects.

Should you kindly read his blog and pass it on to others, he’ll share some of his writing experiences; many of which came from the hundreds of personality/celebrity pieces he wrote for magazines and books. From a world champion rodeo bull rider who worried more about highway driving miles logged from one rodeo to another than being hurled from the back of a 2,000-pound bull, to a medical doctor who had saved lives at NASCAR races. How about all those Hall of Fame baseball, football and basketball players---the astronauts and five-star generals? He also blogs about his “Brushes with the Rich and Famous” which delivers fun and fame from Bob Hope to Joe DiMaggio with a few other “Bobs” like Costas and Uecker thrown in for good measure. And don’t miss out on his “Daily Doings” which chronical little events and happenings he feels compelled to share. But Bob doesn’t stop with only blogs. He has authored numerous books – from humor to memoir - with more on the way and will promote them on his website, as well.

Although this miscellaneous blog may appear to be kind of out there, Bob’s aim is simply to entertain, maybe make his case for winding up the old writing career on his terms while bumping that international blog number up to a nifty six-hundred-million and ONE.

Bob Cairns and his fun-filled “Oh No” blog, with his other writing projects, have an additional intention to help raise funds to benefit The V Foundation for Cancer Research.
