NSMA Tackles Podcasts In Next Virtual Summit
It seems as if everyone has his or her own podcast. But is anyone listening?
Join the NSMA 's next virtual Sports Media Convergence Summit, "Everyone Has A Podcast -- But No One's Listening To Yours," on Tuesday, April 21st from 5-6 p.m. ET. The Elon University School of Communications is the sponsor for NSMA's Covergence Summits.
Our panelists will share their recipes for podcast success and how you can implement your special touch to make yours a success, too.
The panelists:
- Former ESPN staff writer Joon Lee, now an independent YouTube journalist
- Andrew Marchand, who covers sports media for The Athletic and hosts twice-weekly sports media podcasts
- Jordan Rodrigue, who covers the LA Rams and the NFL for The Athletic, and hosts The Playcallers podcast.
The cost for the Summit is $9.99 for NSMA members and students, $19.99 for non-members. The Summit is free for those who attended last June's in-person Summit and for Elon University students.
NSMA will send the link to join to those registered on the day of the virtual summit.
Please share these details with any students or young professionals you think may be interested in joining the conversation.
